This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data when you use our website, authenticate via Google Sign-In, and purchase digital invitations.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect data strictly necessary to provide our digital wedding invitation services:

• Google Account Information (OAuth 2.0): When you choose to “Sign in with Google,” we request permission to access your basic public profile information: your Full Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture URL. We do not access your contacts, Google Drive, or any other private Google data.
• Invitation Content: Couple names, event details, venue locations, celebration dates, photos, and RSVP settings that you voluntarily enter into our invitation personalization forms.
• Transaction & Order Details: Payment transaction identifiers, order amounts, and purchased template details generated by Razorpay. We do not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively for the following purposes:

• To authenticate your account and maintain your active session.
• To render, publish, and host your personalized interactive wedding invitations.
• To associate purchased templates with your account so you can access and copy your links in your profile.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent transactions or security violations.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. We only share data with trusted service providers strictly to operate our platform:

• Google Identity Services: Used strictly for secure user authentication (OAuth 2.0).
• Razorpay: Our PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partner that securely processes all monetary transactions.
• Cloud Hosting & Database: Secure cloud infrastructure providers that host our application and encrypted databases.

5. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

D&G Invitation's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Retention and Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/SSL) and secure token-based authentication (JWT) to safeguard your data. Your account information and published invitations remain active until you request deletion or deactivate your account.

7. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to access, update, or permanently delete your account and all associated invitation data. To request data deletion, simply email us at support@dginvitation.com. We will process your request within 48 business hours.
