1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the D&G Invitation website, signing in via Google, or purchasing any digital wedding invitation template, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

D&G Invitation provides high-end interactive digital wedding invitation templates, mobile-first RSVP management, audio playback, Google Maps navigation links, and customized sharing URLs.

• Personal License: Purchasing a template grants you a non-transferable, personal license to customize and host one active wedding/event invitation for sharing with your invited guests.
• Custom Short Links: You may optionally add a personalized short link (e.g. https://dginvitation.com/i/rohan-weds-priya) for an additional fee.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable digital delivery charges:

• Standard Template Access: Discounted promotional price of ₹500 (Original value ₹1,500).
• Custom Short URL Add-on: Optional add-on of ₹100.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed in real-time through Razorpay. Upon successful transaction verification, your private invitation link is immediately generated and activated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate digital nature and instant link generation of our products, all template purchases are final once paid and published. If you encounter any technical glitch, broken link, or rendering issue, please contact our support team at support@dginvitation.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

5. User Accounts & Google Authentication

You agree to provide accurate information when signing in with your Google account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account session. D&G Invitation reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in unlawful or abusive conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All templates, design assets, illustrations, animations, and software code provided on D&G Invitation are the intellectual property of D&G Invitation. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or commercially duplicate any template designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

D&G Invitation strives for 99.9% platform uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers, telecommunication issues, or factors beyond our direct control.
